Welcome to the official website of the Quail Run Homeowner's Association located in beautiful Post Falls, Idaho. This site is intended to provide you with general information about our unincorporated non-profit homeowner's association. 

Quail Run is an established residential community developed in the late 1990s and includes 93 single-family homes. Located in beautiful Post Falls, Idaho, we enjoy picturesque views of the surrounding mountains, family-friendly schools, numerous restaurants and grocery stores, many parks, and exceptional outdoor recreation options, including Centennial Trail for walking, running, and biking, water sports, rock climbing, hiking trails, fishing, horseback riding, kayaking, boating, and so much more. We also enjoy convenient access to I-90 to discover everything that nearby Coeur d'Alene, Spokane, and surrounding areas have to offer.
